What are the exchange, return and refund policies for Emartpinetown@gmail.com
Any product may be returned within 7 days of purchase if the packing is not opened. If you have opened the packing and are not satisfied with it, please call 084 800 5786 and the customer care agent will guide you accordingly, You can select from the below options for returning your product/s.
- Option 1: You can directly return your product/s directly to Emartsa Office, once we receive your products at Emartsa we will return your amount to your Bank Account.
- Option 2: Our partner courier will pick it up from your delivery address. Once we receive your products at Emartsa, We will deduct R 150 or 10% handling charges from your order amount and return the rest to your Bank Account
If you suspect your product has been tampered with, please be sure to keep the original product and product packaging if possible. We’ll provide instructions on how to send the product back.
